Free Consulting! What's the catch?

Client must have a listing or property in mind and are ready to open within the next few months. 

If this is the case, I will unfortunately have to charge my consultation rate. The only way I will get paid by Airbnb otherwise is by using the link they provide. 

This is how Airbnb tracks new host referrals, ties it to my account and how they track funds that should be sent to me. 

You will receive up to three hours of consultation time! 

Anything from best practices, design assistance, listing creation support, customer relations support. Every consultation will be unique.
